At DandyTweed, our puppies are raised in a loving and caring environment, and we take pride in providing them with the best care and attention from birth until they go to their forever homes. All our dogs are health tested.

Despite the low numbers of ETTs born worldwide every year, the ETT is one of the healthiest pedigree dogs, the average lifespan is 13 years but it is not uncommon for them to live beyond 15.

We carry out DNA tests for Cardiomyopathy, Von Willebrands disease & Xanthinuria . We are grateful to past breeders of ETTs who have raised funds to locate the genes responsible for these conditions and to develop the tests that we now have to ensure that future generations of ETTs are unaffected.

We also conduct eye-tests and patella luxation.
